Mark Blair finishes 5th in points and receives the Super Street Division most Improved Driver Award for 2010.

The car is a Monte Carlo body. The chassis is built by Todd Martell & Mark Blair. Todd and Chuck Jones purchased the car from Mark McClay in 2007. Then Steve Bly drove for 2 yrs with a championship in 2008. Mark Blair drove car #10 last year with a finish of 4th in points and will return again this year as car 10's driver. In the past Todd has had a number of great drivers like Chubby LaBounty, Nick Taylor,Doug Marsh,Leo Martin Jr, Ronnie Menard, Jimmy Zullo, Travis Cass and Steve Bly all finishing in the top 10 in points! The owner of this car is Patti Martell. Todd and Patti will stay in racing  as long as the sponsors are there to help them.
